Before forming Ben Moshe & Stein PLLC, Amit served as corporate counsel for a major commercial real estate development corporation where he oversaw all corporate real estate and business transactional matters. During this time, Amit facilitated over $100 million in commercial real estate transactions and provided support for dozens of foreign and domestic entities. Amit’s practice includes real estate purchases, sales, leasing, development, business transactional matters, and real estate litigation.
During his law school career, Amit served as the Managing Editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal, externed for the Honorable Elizabeth Gonzales of the Eighth Judicial District Court, externed for the Office of the Clark County District Attorney, and worked as a Summer Associate for Caesars Entertainment. In his time at the William S. Boyd School of Law, Amit earned several CALI awards for achieving the highest grades in several of his classes, received honorable recognition for providing community services for legal guardianship matters, and graduated with honors among the top of his class.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Amit worked as a prominent real estate agent who successfully marketed and closed dozens of residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, as well as retail, office, and industrial leases. Amit regularly placed among the top producing agents at his brokerage.
